Well, I have finally found someone to use that Dylan Moran quote on.
I realise today that hating Martin (my sister's partner) really does give me energy.
Maybe that's been my problem all along, I tried to stop hating him; tried to accept that he is a permanent fixture (for now). Maybe my health will improve now that I hate him again.
