Upload Speed: 500 kbps (62.5 KB/sec transfer rate)
We pay an extra $20/month to get the upload speed we used to have (we do get some spare though), but the download speed has dropped to 20% of what it should be.
Xtra are using the fact that most of the country still can't get cable, and therefore Xtra still have a monopoly on broadband.
